Grated Paneer - 2 cups
Chopped onions - ½ cup
Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Refined flour - 1 cup
Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
Water - 1 cup
LETS GET INTO MAKING……..
Initially take a bowl and add grated paneer, chopped onion, ginger, coriander pieces, red chilli
powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala ( mixture of various spices in
powdered form) and ½ tbsp salt.
Mix the entire mixture evenly throughout.
Now take small amount of the mixture prepared and form round balls out of it.
Prepare the balls and leave them aside for a while.
Meanwhile in another bowl take refined flour, black pepper powder and ½ tsp salt. Mix it and
later add 1 cup water and stir well .
Now dip the balls in the flour slurry and nextly in bread crumbs.
Finally deep fry the paneer balls until golden brown.
Yummy Tummy..!!... paneer balls are soo ready to get in your stomach...
